These terms apply to your use of scrivialabs.com (the “website”), operated by Scrivia Labs, Vallgatan 15, 281 32 Hässleholm, Sweden (“Scrivia Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you accept them.
What the website is for
The website describes the services Scrivia Labs provides to aesthetic clinics, medical spas and laser specialists, and lets businesses send us an enquiry. It is intended for clinic owners, managers and other business users.
Information on the website
The content is general information about our services. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. Workflows, conversations, briefings, reports and other examples shown on the website are illustrative and use fictional data unless we state otherwise. We aim to keep the information accurate and current, and we may change it at any time.
Enquiries and engagements
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Each engagement — Scrivia Patient Operations or Scrivia Growth Partnership — is governed by a written proposal and agreement that set out its scope, fees, payment terms, term, termination, support and data processing. Where those documents differ from these terms, they take precedence. Our fees, cancellation and refund policy applies unless your agreement says otherwise.
Clinical matters stay with the clinic
The systems we build handle administrative work such as answering approved questions, scheduling, reminders and follow-up. They do not diagnose, prescribe or recommend treatments. Clinical assessment and treatment decisions remain with the clinic’s practitioners. Each clinic remains responsible for its patient-facing information, prices, offers and policies, and for meeting the rules that apply to them in its market.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- submit another person’s details without their permission, or send patient or medical information through the enquiry form;
- copy the website’s content in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
The website, its text, design, illustrations and the Scrivia Labs name and logo belong to Scrivia Labs or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own information or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website runs on Shopify and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and their own terms and policies apply.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Scrivia Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
